Refund Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
1. Purpose and Scope
AlphaBlue provides different software products and professional services. Their delivery methods, billing periods, activation costs, and cancellation rules are not identical. This page sets company-wide refund principles and directs you to the product or service policy that applies to your purchase.
The specific policy or order terms presented when you purchase a product or service form part of that transaction. If they conflict with this general page, the specific terms accepted for the purchase apply, subject to mandatory law.
2. Company-Wide Principles
- Clear terms before payment: the applicable delivery, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms should be available before you complete a purchase.
- Documented review: we consider the purchased scope, service already supplied, activation or third-party costs, payment history, and the reason for the request.
- Original payment method and verified recipient: approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. A product-specific policy may require the recipient or destination account to match the recorded payer. An alternative channel is used only where the applicable policy permits it, the reason is documented, and any required identity and approval checks are completed.
- No duplicate recovery: an amount already refunded or resolved through a payment dispute cannot be paid a second time.
- Mandatory rights remain: product terms do not exclude statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Product and Service Policies
Use the policy connected to the product or service you purchased:
- AlphaBlue Website Service: website packages use a milestone-based policy covering project start, V1 direction, V2 production, publication, domains, and related add-ons. Read the Website Service Refund Policy.
- AlphaBlue software products: each product may publish its own refund and cancellation policy in its checkout, account, pricing, or legal area. The policy version presented for that purchase is the reference for the transaction.
- Custom work: a quote, statement of work, or signed agreement may define refund terms for custom implementation, integration, or consulting work.
If you cannot locate a product-specific policy, contact us before purchasing. We will identify the terms that apply.
4. Cancellation Is Not Always a Refund
Cancellation usually stops future renewal or future work. A refund concerns money already paid. Whether cancellation creates a refund depends on the applicable product policy, unused service period, work already delivered, activation status, and any non-recoverable cost disclosed for the purchase.
Domain registrations, licenses, third-party subscriptions, custom work, and usage-based charges may be treated separately because they can become committed or consumed as soon as they are activated.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account
- The product, service, order, invoice, or payment reference
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant delivery, billing, cancellation, or defect details
Website Service customers can also submit and follow a request in the Customer Portal.
6. Review and Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge and review a complete request within 5 business days. An applicable product policy may provide a different period for a complex service or payment method. Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
7. Payment Errors and Disputes
Contact us promptly if you believe a payment is duplicated, unauthorized, incorrect, or connected to a delivery problem. A refund request is reviewed by AlphaBlue. A card dispute or chargeback is opened with the cardholder's bank and decided through the payment network.
Requesting help from AlphaBlue does not remove a right you may have to contact your bank. Once a formal dispute is open, we normally handle that amount through the dispute process and do not issue a separate refund that could duplicate payment.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update this company-wide policy and individual product policies for future purchases. The policy version recorded for an existing purchase remains the reference for that transaction unless a later change is required by law, gives the customer a more favorable outcome, or is agreed with the customer.
If you have questions about a refund policy or need help identifying the correct product terms, contact us at [email protected].
