Refund Policy

1. Overview
At AlphaBlue, we want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our SaaS subscriptions and our web presence service work.
2. SaaS Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a subscription, you may request a refund as follows:
- 14-day refund window: you may request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of your subscription start date or renewal date.
- Pro-rata calculation: refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription period.
- Annual subscriptions: annual subscribers may request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of their billing date.
- After 14 days: requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Service Work Refunds
Web presence and other project work is delivered on a staged basis, as set out in your order or statement of work:
- Before work begins: a full refund is available for any prepaid stage that has not yet been started.
- Work in progress: partial refunds may be issued based on the portion of the current stage completed.
- Completed and delivered work: fees for stages that have been completed and delivered are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account
- The product or service for which you are requesting a refund
- The reason for your refund request
- Your order or invoice number, if available
5. Processing Timeline
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.
