At AlphaBlue, we want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our SaaS subscriptions and consulting services.
2. SaaS Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your SaaS subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- 14-day refund window: You may request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of your subscription start date or renewal date.
- Pro-rata calculation: Refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription period.
- Annual subscriptions: Annual plan subscribers may request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of their billing date.
- After 14 days: Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Consulting Services Refunds
Consulting services are delivered on a milestone-based engagement model:
- Before work begins: Full refund available for any prepaid milestone that has not yet been started.
- Work in progress: Partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed for the current milestone.
- Completed milestones: Fees for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- The product or service for which you are requesting a refund
- The reason for your refund request
- Your order or invoice number (if available)
5. Processing Timeline
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your SaaS subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
