AlphaBlue provides:

• SaaS Products: Cloud-based software applications available on a subscription basis, including but not limited to inventory management, HR operations, fleet tracking, and customer engagement tools.
• Consulting Services: Enterprise digital transformation consulting, including ERP modernization, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, process automation, and system integration.

3. Accounts

When you create an account to use our SaaS products, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for SaaS subscriptions and consulting services are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to the following:

• SaaS subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
• Consulting services are billed according to the terms specified in your service agreement.
• All fees are in the currency specified at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and SaaS products — including text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation — are the exclusive property of AlphaBlue and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaBlue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property and limitation of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
